@runelscape His rank is "Colonel Service Star 1" The numbers start from the beginning, when you reach Colonel (which is the one with the eagle as a symbol).
So he's actually rank 46. A Colonel (rank 45) with one service star.

@JustTheBestVids i actually had that happen to me once on Caspian border their was this guy hiding behind a wall so i pulled out a smaw blew up the wall then shot the camper in the face

BFBC2 teaches how to burst fire. You just couldn't go full auto on anything. It's the same thing here. Although the sights are directly on the enemy the bullets hit somewhere else when spraying. There are exeptions however, like the L85A2 that has so low rate of fire that the bullets actually hit when spraying a full mag.
P.S. Why does everyone use the M16 and the M4A1? People seem to think that they are really good, but looking at the videos they use a lot of bullets to kill one guy.
