Long tubes of water with 3 different indicators are shown. Alka Seltzer tablets are dropped into each of them and a change occurs. Later ammonia is added to all 3 tubes. This video gives a short explanation of what occurs.

I've seen this done in small beakers with dry ice or Alka-Seltzer, but I like how the long tubes give you more of a color gradient/continuous change. Thanks for the idea.
