@pyromancj1 yeah my dad and his shooting buddys said that about me and i jest laughed.

@Perseiden2 It was also used in the Philippine-American War. Americans used the Krag and we Pinoys used (mostly) the Spanish Mauser rifle.
I am still very much pro-American as well as 82% of us Filipinos.

@pyromancj1 In Canada it's harder to find the rare stuff. I have to go to a gun shop, and order it. I don't shoot it much anyways, since the rifle (Winchester 1895) is 108 years old.

@SUP3RZ0MB1E The only place I could find ammo that was in stock was at Wisconsin Cartridge Company. I'm about 99% sure they're just reloaded cartridges. About $50 for 40 rounds when you include tax and shipping. If you're really into spending the money I guess buy the dyes and a bunch of unused cartidges (You can buy like a bag of 100 cartridges for like $20) and reload them yourself.

@TheRealMistak3 Yeah its a really fun gun to shoot and super accurate. The old semi-retired army guys that supervise the range told me they and some of the other shooters at the range were watching me and were really impressed. One of them was like, "The same spot in the dirt behind the target was kicking up every time."
