Well I'm pretty proud, felt strong, record is 6 muscle ups but felt I could have reached 7 or more had I not done the dips. I like the bar though. Really enjoying the training. Form needs work. Hitching a little and now coming over with one elbow first a little more. Comment, rate, critique subscribe, RATE! Thanks guys. And if you have time please re post or put your own video reply.

  • @blueskies20k2 look up "muscle up mango" he has a good tutorial. Basically you keep your hands all the way over the bar and keep them locked, when you use your momentum to go up pull the bar to your lower chest and belly button, once you get pulling up your hands being over the bar already will allow you to go into the upright portion of a dip. Hand placement is key.

  • wow... well your squats are pretty good and deadlift... i was benching 275 at 178 in highschool. but most i ever tried on squats 330-340. for 1 rep. i never tried a max on deadlifts. I usually keep that pretty light and did sets with 135. you lift at a gym still?

  • did powerlifting when i was 24 after hs for first time and at 198 i benched 275, squat 500 3x, and deadlift of 475... that was all at the meet. Now im slimmer at 180 and can bench 245 or 250 and haven't tested squat or deadlift in some time. I usually just do sets of 25 body squats or lunges along with sets of deadlifts of 225 for sets of 10... and lots of dips.
