LHBP Ferihegy Landing in Thunderstorm

Boeing 737 landing in thunderstorm.


The last seconds of an ILS APP for RW31R at Ferihegy Airport (Budapest, Hungary - LHBP - BUD) in a heavy late autumn thunderstorm. Here you can observe how hard you have to 'fight your yoke' to land safely in stormy weather conditions. Winds: 285 at 25, gusts to 40 (runway hdg: 310deg) - heavy turbulence, moderate windshears, expecially on short final. I like the default 737s for practicing and for having fun, although I mostly fly with PMDG 737NGs.
