Melt the butter, then, on LOW Heat , melt the chocolate chips. While the chocolate is melting, you'll need 6 eggs in a bowl, (You need someone to stir the chocolate). Blanch the eggs with the sugar (160g) (Just put in the sugar and stir as fast as you can !) add 2 tablespoons of Flower and keep stiring. Add the melted Chocolate and keep stiring so the eggs doesn't cook !! Fun Part: half full ramekins, unmelted chocolate chips, fill up the ramekins...12 minutes, 425F. Chocolate Fondant = Done !
