Miranda Bailey is by far the best thing that has ever happened on greys. God she is the most effective actor, she always gets yoru tears rolling. She just excells on screen, the auro she generates is beyond words, there is DEFINITLY an oscar in the pipe line for her... :) not on greys but in a film she will definitly be recognised :)

This episode is 2x06 and Bailey helps derek and on the opposite number 6x02 derek does the same for bailey during the same song! This is why i love Grey's!

I don knw anyone has noticed or not but I find, Bailey n Derek's friendship quite deep and undstnd....same situation occurs in elevator in season 6 with same song, same characters but tat time, bailey breaks down n derek take care of her...like in this scene...she take care of him...I love this duo...:))

Actually, Greys is BEST !!! And, I just love, MerDer, Yang, Alex, Bailey, Mark-Lexie....ohh...few of d new cast is worthless....:(

It's a little bit of both... He lost a patient that he got attached to... And he realized that he couldnt be with Mer cuz he was married and had to work it out... It's not simply cuz he chose Addison... Lots of emotions in here... That patient was really sweet and Mer, Derek and the other patient got attached to her just to know she was about to die... So yeah a little bit of everything made him cry... They're not simple people btw... They're doctors...

This scene is EPIC. Bailey is such a good character, I love how she cares about her interns so much and never shows it. :)
