  • respect from New Zealand brother. awesome work for your 1st class. Now Im very passionate about BODYPUMP and after doin a weekend bootcamp with the LMNZ team to help me further my skills as a GFI my only advice and personally its my only rule "HAVE FUN" know your choreography, music, technique and every thing else will come.

  • One of the things that you need to correct, and this is quite noticeable, during deadlift, your hips were posteriorly tilted on your way up.

Timing was definitely off, try to listen to the beat.

Upright row, kinda high, stop under the chest.

  • are you a licensed BodyPump instructor?

  • it dosent matter if you dont have choreghraphy cuz most of sets are 4x/2x/8x and very sometimes like bodypump 79 set of 3x.

well we have in bodypump some rules,2 very important rules are:1.Technich 2.Timing

try to move slower (singles can be with more control) and let people feel what they do.

Strong strat as a teacher is important. Good luck

  • Not bad 4 a 1st try, but some suggestions.

    1) Slow down! Go w/ the music. Its not as fast as you're trying 2 make it. Think 1 & 2 & 3, not 123; it will help your pace.

    2) Go back & look @ the choreography notes, some of that was right but a lot of it was way off. Not sure if you're already certified but if not, you'll get killed in the assessment with that many mistakes.

    3) Squats, don't lock your knees; Chest , don't lock your elbows; & smooth out your movements, you're staggering too much.

  • Well done mate if this was your first class, remember to go side on to your people so they can see your psoture etc to ensure they are doing it correct, sure once your into it, the banter will start but good first effort
