Soldier surprises daughter at school

Five-year-old Greta Hacker hadn't seen her father for 5 months. Her father, 29-year-old SFC Kyle Hacker, showed up to surprise her at the end of an assembly in the gym at East Coloma School in Rock Falls. A special thanks to the Hacker family and friends, school staff, and all the kids present who made this a very special occasion.

So glad to see Kyle home. His daughter Greta and my little girl Kalina were in school together at LRSH. Kalina talks about her friend Greta a lot, she was a great friend to my daughter and deserved to have every moment of the spot light that she got today at her school.
