Well, it can't be perfect when you do it on a once run through...it is meant to be similar to live television, therefore, it is not perfect.

Yeah, and notice how there isn't much live television anymore? (except for games) There's a reason for that. Shows that aren't rehearsed multiple times are generally of poor quality, much like your video.
