The build is actually for farming Ice Imps but works on Fire Imps too. At the time I just wanted an excuse to Barrage stuff to death like in the old days of farming.
The build should be better now as this was filmed before Barrage, Healing Breeze and Vigorous Spirit got buffed.
Also there's two versions of the 5th skill but it's not that important anyway.

10 Healing and the rest just depends on your runes. Most in Marksmanship, then even out Expertise and Wilderness.
