Cool I just started using inkscape 2 days ago and am also a new scroll saw user so this could be really handy for some types of scroll ideas like frames and plant hangers. Definitely not useless. Thanks for the vid. Any easy way to make inkscape text to fill the inside of a circle (side to side and top to bottom) like a globe. I tried the envelope method but it's tedious. Any easy quick way for this? Thanks for the help.

What do you mean? we are using inkscape to make swirls for the sides of wedding cakes using the cricut. This is wonderful.
How is it useless if it looks cool? Isn't that the whole point? :-p
