Tex Murphy is back in the last of his adventures, The Pandora Directive. Adventure games may be dead, but their legacy lives on.

  • I don't think adventure games are dead at all. However it would be nice that there would be more. I do have to say, this game looked interesting to play.

  • I wonder if the Tex Murphy games would still hold up for today's adventure gamer. Graphics will certainly be dated, but what was novel about them was the full exploration of a 3D space. Oh well...

  • An almost classic MS-Dos game.Every hard core adventurer out there, will find his - her heaven in this masterpiece

  • I wholeheartedly agree with you 100%

  • @TheArchetect1 dude you can if I can get uakm to work that you can tell me wats rong and ill help u out

  • ive got the flippin gamw, but i cant play it on xp!!!!

  • Chris Jones who created and stars in the Tex Murphy games is back together (since 2007) with co-creator Aaron Conners and they have a new company called Big Finish Games. Their first two new adventure games are "3 Cards to Midnight" and "3 Cards to Dead Time". They have a new secret project in the works code named "Fedora". Might this be a new Tex Murphy game? Let's hope so!

  • Imagine this in HD!

  • You never know, unfortunately I never played the Tex Murphy advetures. I've read about them and all. I think it would be interesting to bring them back though, like countless other games. I don't understand why companies don't re-release games so the new generation can see how gaming has come so far like film making.
