  • Baby A may have wanted to flip the next day and they still had weeks of possible gestation to go so, at this point in time, it doesn't seem like the babies needed to come out yet.

  • Granted I don't know the entire situation, but it seems as though she was having a very healthy twin pregnancy so I don't understand why they were in such a rush to do a Cesarian. I mean, unless the amniotic fluid was getting low for whatever reason or she was actually going into hard labor with Baby A head-down, there was really no need to perform major surgery and risk infection and give her a longer recovery time.

  • @Mumzee81 At 4:35, as they remove the placenta, they state that they remove THE (as in 1) placenta which has two visible umbilical cords and two sacks attached. So, there is only one placenta.

  • I wish i waz pregnant with twinz....

I wish I got my twins birth on video.

  • All good.. Just googled and saw egg splits in the first 3 days to get separate placentas:)

  • Don't understand how the can be identical if there were two separate placentas though?? Wouldn't that mean fraternal? I have identical twin girls who shared the same placenta
