Common white rice. Most of it is grown in the USA but is the same variety as found in Asia. That is good to eat but the manoomin is the best. White rice is often stripped of some of the nutrient.

The wild rice that grows in Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin and parts of Canada is the best in the world. Regular white rice you might find in the supermarket is pure junk food. You just have to taste this rice, pure and free of genetic modifications. The various tribes in the area sell it online and ship it all over the world. You must try it.
