@salke98 well i realize I'm not totally right, becuz smeagol was being selfish. but i think that it was the ring that caused him to take it far enough to kill deagol

Everyone needs to realize that none of it was smeagol's fault. He saw the ring and it immediatley possesed him, and brought out the 'Gollum' side of him. I feel bad for smeagol.
