To download an mp3 file of the accompaniment, go to www.steveparkhornmusic.net. This piece is challenging because of all of the cross fingerings. You will notice that I use alternate (Bb) fingerings for the E, F# and G# on fast passages. The photographs in the background are all of buildings from Vienna that were built before 1781 when Mozart moved to that city. Subscribe! I will be adding more solos on a regular basis. I teach horn at a University and my goal is to create a video library of some of the best horn solos for my students and others. Also let me know if there is something you would like me to record.

Yeah, I just started playing two months so I'm used to playing in C. After practicing the first verse my wrist was in knots. Also, I find the alternate F# easier to play in the key of A. Probably should have started with an easier piece but I like the challenge:)
