You'll get there its a patience thing. Remember that anxiety and and freakouts just help so LOL getting freaked out and shit and angry is actually a good thing. Stressing and shit and just about any sort of excersize mental or physical helps so even if you feel bad you can at least know that you're doing some good.
Stay away from Mc Donalds, as good as that stuff tastes it's baaaad. I dunno about the calories in that shit in USA but its still high as fuck here in Finland.

Yes, In one of my weight videos I talk about eating within the first hour of waking. I try to eat fruit or a more sweeter vegetable. What I mean by sweeter vegetable is corn, or tomatoes, ect...even though tomatoes are fruit. Renee, thank you so much for your help and encouragement!
