its a BARNSLEY ACCENT very broad.... each part of Yorkshire has its own accent and Barnsley is known for its very broad slow inflection: re the footage.... fishing wire? :-)

I've always believed in the Barnsley videos because I feel this guy is just too dumb to be able to pull off a convincing fake.
