Jane Merrow turned 69 last month. She is still active, and still a lovely lady. She never got to be a big sex symbol of that era because bubbleheads were all the rage then, and she had the disadvantage of possessing excellent acting ability. I fell in love with her when I saw The Lion in Winter.
