People really need to get over Dante's change. True fans of the series, like myself, will play the new game regardless of what he looks like. I'm actually really looking forward to this. I can't wait for the game to come out. If this is an origin story like they said, then that just justifies his change even more. This is supposed to be Dante when he was much younger, while he was first discovering his powers.

@TheBoomProject99 It isn't a prequel it is an origin story. It is Devil May Cry are you serious they even say it. It is just a re-telling of the predecessors before it also He is feinding for his life in a world that wants him dead. I highly doubt he would be going for pizza or anyone for that matter if they were trying to survive. Think of it like batman they have already made batman begins yet there were others stories to that it was just a re-telling the same as this. You still make no sense.

@MrKyel17 .............The other thing people are pissed off about is because the fun-loving, pizza-eating, straw-berry sundae requesting, Devil hunting Smart ass that we all know and love through out the series, is now being replaced by a new serious, gothic style emo rip off whose facial features are almost exactly like the main producers'. Thats like putting Keanu Reeves face on Solid Snake and then putting him in that over-used "My-Little-Pony" Show. He just doesn't belong!

@MrKyel17 Im saying that this is NOT a prequel like you think it is. Its a REBOOT. This is NOT DEVIL MAY CRY its a new game called DMC by a cocky company called "Ninja Theory". The main characters name is Dante, and its name "DMC" is abbreviated to BE Devil may cry. But this game has nothing to do with the original games. So the reason why everybody is upset is because ninja theory is basically "Spitting" on a great game and tearing it to pieces.
