  • Question: do you just keep adding the fibrous material to the same freezer bag? And I'm assuming you do leave it in the freezer?? Up until now, I've just dumped it outside in the mulch pile, but I do like the idea of using it in soups.

  • @Furshed Yes, you can just add it to the same freezer bag and then use it when you're ready. Good luck!

  • I think you did a great job! Thanks!! By the way im sure you answered this (but im not looking at the comments anymore because some are not nice) but what juicer do you have? Thanks so much and blessings to you!

  • @zoespack I have the Jack Lalanne Juicer-very heavy duty!

  • Great job on this video, you're a wonderful host. I found this to be very helpful since I just started out juicing. Don't let the negativity get to you, keep doing your best!

  • @metronome087 Thank you so much!

  • Nice boobs.

  • @anunnaki2006 I respect your opinion, thank you for commenting.

  • @FitKimTV The point is that the fiber you're using elsewhere is meant to also help buffer the sugar therefore you get a large kick up the backside from the sugar without it, which isn't good at all. You don't have to juice fruit in order to get their enzymes do you? So that shouldn't come into it really. The Chinese aren't worried about enzymes all the time they cook everything in order to aid the Spleen. Look how long they live with their correct food intakes in balance. Follow them.

  • @anunnaki2006 I agree with you on sticking to eating foods close to nature, but I use all of the fruits and vegetables. I juice and then use the extras for soups or smoothies. Whenever you cook anything over 118 degrees, you destroy the live enzymes, so juicing is a way to get the living enzymes into your body and make it available for immediate use.
