i had a cyst removed once before .. the removal wasnt painful or even how big the syringe's needle has injected inside my cyst ... what hurts most was my wallet left me no more cash :( coz i went to a dermatologist who charges his operation procedure w/ a price of gold .. hmph!

Doesn't help when the needle he is using to inject the numbing medication is a large bore needle (looks like an 18 gauge). Leaves big holes behind.

No need for cutting up like a second class butcher !!! A few good squeezings would have done the Job...it nearly came out itself when he whiped on it.
