16:15:04 Aerial over AFB w/ planes parked outside large buildings & depots. Computer running; punched order cards put into transceiver & airman running a card to electronically transmit to be replicated at another site. CU tape drive running on IBM 704 computer.
16:15:43 Tracking shot past open electronic panels showing wiring, intercut w/ tape reels spinning. MCU of large printer, man stamping order form & dissolve to truck pulling newly missile under tarp out & along highway on handling trailer & into airplane. Arriving at squadron maintenance area.
16:17:07 Storage & Inspection building & nuclear warheads mounted & tested. Mated to missile. LS of liquid oxygen plant & trucks.
16:17:53 Crew out of building, MCU past. Air to air of B-52 turning away; ICBM launched. Men at desks writing, Major David Gardner, a launch control officer, & others taking notes from man at board at Convair Astronautics in San Diego. CUs of other trainees & instructors.
16:19:17 Entrance sign, Vandenberg Air Force Base. Cars arriving past card. Crewmen walking out of missile building, show papers. CU countdown time in launch operations building; MCU of control panel during training launch w/ officers monitoring.
16:21:00 Rocket launched; crew shaking hands. Buses arriving w/ crews for refresher training; sitting in large theater / room. :Launch failure w/ rocket engulfed in fireball & explosion. Men fueling rocket w/ liquid oxygen.

16:28:05 USAF truck w/ label Mobile APCHE (MAPCHE) arriving. Aerial over large hardened missile sites under construction, view into shaft w/ reinforcing rod in place.
16:28:45 Titan ICBM rocket w/ construction around it & test firing. POV train along rails & brief shot of Union Pacific train past w/ fuel tank cars & khaki colored enclosed cars.
