hey are you from Jersey? if so what county?

They have ~200 of the 400 memberships sold. They are not making any more tracks there, but they are supposed to build a couple hotels, an offroad park (for MotoX and ATV's), a day spa, and more villas there.

You should register and pay beforehand to be sure there is room on the roster.

How much, or you have to be a member to take own car for a spin there? how it works?

You can either be a member for ~$15,000 + some fees, or go with any of the numerous track day organizations that run there (PDA, Hooked On Driving, Track Time 4 Cars, etc, etc..) which cost about $300 for the day.
