City of Heroes - HypeZero

The video is about a recently deceased "hero" named Hype who is given another chance, but this time in the name of villainy with various minions at his disposal.

The names of each villain group is given in order of appearance, Tsoo, Malta, Freakshow, Carnies, Outcast, Crey, Family, and finally the Cronus Titan (malta).

@folken53 You can get ninja henchmen as a Mastermind archetype (a type of character class) but not the guys in the straw hats. Those are an enemy group called the Tsoo. The ninjas you can get are three low-class ninja trainee guys who use arrows, shuriken, and some close range attacks in gray outfits, two high-class ninja with wrist crossbows and dual katanas, and one oni ninja demon thing that has magic fire powers.
