Surgery? On that face? Ridiculous. But I did not like what Ms. Pearl got out of it. She could have done much better. This customer had everything. Beautiful eyes, cheekbones etc.etc. Overrated.

The outcome was wonderful. The artist explained the reason of each technique. It was very informative. The other host was awful. He is very uncomfortable in front of a camera. He is very distracting and I am glad that I gave the artist a chance and did not move on to another. I suggest removing him from your site and disassociation with you and your product which have a better chance of acquiring more clients.
