Have you seen some of the more recent discoveries about sub-atomic particles found when using the huge particle accelerators? They have found particles that only seem to appear when they are looking for them! So it is conceivable that even the small bits of matter that do seem to exist, only exist because consciousness calls them into being. :)

@hearts0ngs I will just answer my own comment here. I appreciate both the replies below, and both are helpful to me. I'm over the temporary mind-set of frustration I was going through when I wrote that. I'm beginning to open myself to remaining happy, truly at peace within, even as we struggle and fight for those we care about, and the precious Earth on which we live, yes even as negative forces keep trying to destroy it. Yes, truly, peace always, even in the darkest night; thank you.
