It was signed into law 'with reservations' by President Obama on New Years day and now he and his administration calls Judge Forest's decision unconstitutional..

Great video. Over the past month my Facebook wall has been littered with pro-Obama propaganda.  I've asked all of my friends what they will say when Obama sends us to Iran or use the NDAA to detain Americans (if it's not happening already). None of them will answer. Bush actually worked to create the framework for NDDA, the framework that supposedly gives it the power to circumvent the constitution because it's "says so". I'm sure that when Obama first moved into the white house that was one of the things Bush let him in on (because back when Bush was working to create this system it was all still under wraps). So really, you guys voting for Obama aren't really much different than anyone who voted for Bush... Obama's foreign policy is worse than even Bush.
