Thrid Point of View :

First day of school for some is dreadfull, but for Selena, it's the most day she's been waiting for all summer. She walked through the halls saying hi to everyone she knew and stopped at her locker.

"Hey gorgeous." a voice came from behind. "You look even more beautiful then when I saw you yesterday." Selena rolled her eyes. She turned and faced the person and gave him an annoyed smile.

"Hi Kyle."

"Oh my heart!" he said with and overexagratated sigh. "It beats so fast when you say my name."

She looked at him disgusted and said,

"Will you stop that?"

"Stop what?"

"Stop the oh my god I love you so much thing!" she answered irrated. "I'm still not going to go out with you."

Kyle Adams....one of the hottest and most populare guys in the school. The catch? He's the biggest jerk and player ever. He knows that he can get any girl he wants but the fact that he couldn't get Selena to go out with him since freshman year was really killing him.

"I don't see why you won't just give up." she added.

"I really don't get it." he said. "A hot guy like me has been wanting to go out with you for the past two years and you reject him...why?"

"Because you're a jerk and not you're not my type." She said as she started to walk away. He followed her and held her by the her elbow.

"Nobody....nobody rejects Kyle." She jerked her hand away and smiled in his face.

"I guess there's a first time for everything."

"Oh come on Selena! Me and you practicly rule the school...imagine if we ruled as a couple?"

"Are you serious? What are we? Some kind of monarcy? This is a high school for crying out loud!"

She walked away leaving him standing there angry. As she walked she looked through some papers not paying attention, she bumped into someone causing all her papers to fly out off her hands.

"Oh! I soo sorry. I wasn't paying attention...." her voice faded as she saw the guy that she bumped into.

"Joe?" He looked up and smiled that gorgeous smile of his.

"Hey! Selena right?"

"Yea..." they both stood up. "What are you doing here?"

"Oh, I'm going to be going to this school." he answered.

"That's great!" Selena said smiling. "You didn't tell me that."

"I dunno." he said chuckling. "I didn't think you would be going to this school, but now that you are, hopefully I'll see you more often."

"Oh you're going to be seeing me a lot haha." she said. "I'm the President of our class,so you better stay on my good side." He laughed and said,

"Oh, don't worry about that...I definatly want to stay on your good side." She smiled at the fact that he was flirting with her.

"Well, I gotta go to the office to get my roster....see you around?" he asked.

"Sure....and hey! Maybe we'll have classes together." she replied.

"I'm hoping." He said as he winked at her and walked away. Selena stood there smiling until her best friend Amy walked up to her.

"Selena you ok?"

"Yea....why wouldn't I be?"

"I don't know, maybe because you have a really goofy look on your face,smiling like an idiot for no reason?"

"Harsh." Selena said looking at her friend and they started walking toward homeroom.

"Now tell me....who was that hottie that you were standing with?"

"OMG! Isn't he soo gorgeous?" Selena gushed.

"Who me?" Josh said coming out of no where. "I already know that, but thanks. I'll remember you during my model days." The two girls rolled their eyes.

"Sorry to hurt your feeling Josh, but I think she was talking about me." Alex said striking a pose making the girls laughed.

"Guys guys! Stop playing yourselves....you know she was talking about me." Albert said.

"Sorry to disapoint you all but I wasn't talking about any of you. I was talking about Joe." Selena answered.

"Joe?" Josh asked. "Joe who?"

"The Joe that I met at the pool in the summer and I introduced you guys to." Selena answered annoyed that they forgot him.

"Oh....the kid that played you and never showed up at the pool again?" Alex said laughing causing Selena to punch him on the arm and the others to laugh.

"He's going to this school now...isnt that awesome?"

"Not really." Albert said laughing earning him a punch from Selena. "Well hopefully your lover boy is as good as you think he is."

"Don't worry about that." Selena said smiling. At that moment the bell rang, so everyone rushed to get to homeroom. As Selena and Amy walked into homeroom, someone behind them said,

"Guess I'm going to see you just as much as I hoped for."
