Free easy combat xp in RS. nonbot autofighter Members only

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION!!!
[color="#0000FF"][/color] There is a super awesome place if you are a member to train attack, defence, strength, mage, or range, fast!!!! First gear up with all of your essentials, (ammo if you are maging or ranging) Bring some food for possible randoms, and a ring of life so you can leave the room safely. Now then your enemies are really easy. Lvl 13 rock crabs!! Yes, everyone knows about them, and that they have a whopping 50hp. Any way, this isnt just fighting them, its a special place where they automatically fight you. Now you do need to at least start the fremmy trials quest(you dont have to complete it) If you do complete it though, it will save you a bit of money. The cost of the trip is 1K.
Steps:
1. Gear up as stated above, bring 1K cash if you havent completed the fremmy trials.
2. Head far north to relleka, and then go to the farthest northeast dock.
3. there talk to jarvald. He will talk a bit about things and such.
4. Ask him what he is doing, and he will say that he is preparing for a hunt on waterbirth island.
5. Say that you want to come, and if you havent completed the fremmy trials quest he will say that he isnt sure, so he asks you to pay a boarding fee of 1K each time you go.
6. Then once you arrive on waterbirth, go to the left, and up the hill.
7. there are 3 locations, that this nonbot autofighting technique works. If there is any1 else here with you on the island, then world hop until you are alone.
8 there are 3 places where either 2 or 3 rock crabs respawn by a common space. Usually when you stand next to one, they will awake and attack you.
9. So, go to that common square once they are all dead after you kill them once and you are waiting for them to respawn.
10. So you would think that if you just stand there forever you will keep fighting lvl 13 rock crabs forever, unless a random appeared. WRONG!!!!!!
11. Many people get upset with this because there are a few minor setbacks, very minor.
12. A. if you just stand there doing nothing while waiting for a rock crab to respawn, you will end up logging out. So when you come back to check up on yourself you found out that you were logged off for the last hour. To FIX this issue, you must find something heavy enough to balance on one letter key only. I suggest the "z" key for that is what i use. the arrow keys DO NOT WORK!!!! By having something hold a single letter key down, it will keep it like you are typing, so you stay logged on. B. You MUST leave the runescape window open for it not to log you out whether you do what i said above. DO NOT minimize it!! You can turn off you monitor, but leave runescape open!!
C. Finally, on waterbirth island, not every rock crab can be "alive" at once. It will get to a point where the rock will respawn next to you, but not fight you. This happens every 10-15 minutes, and only takes 30 seconds to fix. Basically you go to another rock crab spot and fight them there. Also, you could world hop, but I do not suggest this, because you might end up in a world with someone else, and being alone makes everything faster. note: also, every couple of hours or so, all three of the nobot auto fight rockcrab locations will be "dead", when this happens either world hop, or traverse the island and kill all the single crabs you can, so then when you go back to one of the 3 hotspots, they will be alive again.
13. Here is a video I made of this to help. Yes, there is a youtube of this already, but his isnt as explanatory, and shows only 1 llocation, not all 3. Plus his method of keeping you logged in doesnt work, because i have tried.

omg, read the fricken description, yea they stop but in like 30 seconds you can fix that, as for your real question, Ive gotten quite a bit, I got at my most: 30Kxp per hour, and my worst, 20Kxp. sp do the math this is the best way to train cause you dont have to sit in front of the computer bored out of ur damn mind cause training is the most boring part of the game.
