Trip on 08.09.2007 in UK, with HST125 / Intercity 125 DMU train (owned by "Midland Mainline" for the towns/or cities in the Midlands e.g.: Nottingham, Loughboro, Leicester) from Nottingham to London St. Pancras railway station. Stations that the train has stopped were: Beeston, Loughboro, Leicester, Market Harborough, Wellingborough, Luton and finally London St.Pancras. Travel-time, about 1h50' - 2h00'. Note: '125' is for 125mph = approximately 200km/h, that's why the train is called HST125 / or High Speed Train 125 / or Intercity 125.

  • WOW! (sarcasm)

  • I wouldn't call the HST a DMU as it is two locos topping and tailing a rake of coaches.
