SAVE THE POLAR BEARS!!!

I am doing a project in my school, every student in the fifth grade brings in at least one dollar, and in the end we donate all of the money to a polar bear fund. We also each write a letter telling how we want the money spent. We get to adopt a polar bear, and they give each class a plush polar bear toy and updated photos of the bear they are taking care of. So far, only half of the grade has brought in the money, and we have earned over $1,000. HELP SAVE THE POLAR BEARS!!!

Ways you can help (little things can make a BIG difference!!!):
1. Take the time to throw away your garbage and STOP THE POLLUTION!!! This is the main problem that is causing global warming, forming holes in the ozone layer, letting in dangerous rays of light to the earth, causing the pack ice to melt. Pack ice is what polar bears have their babies on and eat on. Without pack ice, the polar bears would never have existed.

2. Another thing is that oils and gas spills in the oceans cause a big problem. The fish near the spills get the oil or gas inside of them, and then the seals eat the fish, causing the dangerous fuel to enter its body, then the polar bears eat the seals, and the polar bears get the oil in them, and then, when babies are born, they are ill and cannot survive.

3. Think of ways you can help. Picking up plastics, researchng how to stop these things from happening, and much more. Pass this on to all of your friends and everyone you know so we can make a big difference!!!

@theclaykangaroo ....If I were a polar bear...give me a break...They aren't intelligent enough to know what the hell is happening. So that's besides the point. Boycott electricity and your gasoline powered vehicles. Then go feed yourself to one of those vicious beasts if you are so worried.

So what do we do? Send them ice cubes and a fish? Will my donation really go towards that? Global warming/flooding (Deluge) is natural and it's going to happen no matter what we do. Just like it has before and wiped out many other species. It has nothing to do with politics. You are the ones killing the polar bears if you use fossil fuel, coal electricity, and if you buy wood products that support deforestation. Boycott them all and save the polar bears...yeah right.
