Excerpt from Raw4Life on Brendan Brazier and Plant Based Diet in relation to Optimal Athletic Performance. This pretty much says it all. I myself have tried High Protein, and High Carb diets, and switched to a Raw diet. The transition was challenging at first, mostly with the detox that comes with it, but I noticed dramatic improvements in my recovery rate.
