I have been studying chord melody under my father for a while now.Am I good?No.I keep practicing though!

In the late eighties,as a teenager,I saw your lessons in Guitar Player all the time.I remember learning the Paul Gilbert stuff(which were usually right next to yours)and feeling accomplished.I would then look at your page-I remember you played a seven string back then-and think,"This guy is really out of this world. I'll never be able to play like Howard Morgen!"

LOL, oh my goodness. you looks just like my dad playing away on his old accoustic, except his playing was wrought with mistakes, lol. thanx for the memories Howard! I miss my dad and those little moments that last a lifetime. Rick
