Exchanges between Tom Perriello and Virgil Goode during the Q&A segment on national security, Sorensen Institute Candidates' Forum, Danville, VA, September 3, 2008.
Virgil Goode was supported by the majority of the military, which was why Perriello said there "weren't enough (military) votes to count". Even if there was only one military vote it should have been counted!!!
Why can't Perriello acknowledge the accomplishments of our troops??? We are NOT loosing ground Mr. Perriello?
And why doesn't Mr. Perriello answer the issue of energy independence? You solve that issue and the economy and national security issues will fall into line?
Hang on, it's going to by very bumpy for this novice.
