@smileyraw well they all recieved the proper punishment in the form of sacking/demoted. Id love to work for PE not heard a bad thing about your place, always seems to calm inside as well which is nice.

@smileyraw Well at my place they treat the staff really bad. Ive had some swear at me not in a joking way either for nothing, ive been pushed, shoved and grabbed and screamed at in totally unacceptable ways by both managers and head chiefs. I dont mean to blow my own trumpet but i am a good employee always early, always reaching targets etc etc but it doesnt matter because the slightest glitch and you are thrown to the wolves.

@jimbob92UK my friend works for F&B, not heard many good things about the way they treat the staff. It's just frustrating how you get treated, and you can't do anything about it. I desperately want to leave.

@smileyraw Total bullshit aint it? I spoke to a waiter at PE today and he didnt exactly seem up for it. I work for F&B and although i dont give 30% of card tips i have to give anywhere between 5-10 to the kitchen and 1-5 to each barman and busser :/

pizza express is apparently planning to take 30% of the waiter's credit card tips to the back of house staff! Hmmm could that be so they don't have to increase their pay and so take it from us. That's then 38% we lose and of course tax! wtf! Never mind the fact that the kitchen get paid more than the waiters.
