  • aww at the pic! hehe

    your good u! :)

  • Thanks :) I knew you would like that pic, LoL.

  • Shanda your work is wonderful!! I love the snopeople and the colors that you use. Have you done any other books? I recognize your picture with Briana, so I may have seen this in a store or at a friends (most of my friends paint). I love the birdhouse with the handle, the designs and colors are great; and the canvas floor cloth is so neat! Do the snopeople have spruce sprigs for hair? The last pg. you show is beautiful. I love the cookie jar! Your work is so nice! Thanks for putting this up.:)))

  • Thanks charlee! This was the only book I did, but I did lots of work for the major painting magazines at that time and I had a lot of individual pattern packets out too that sold in Viking Woodcraft catalogs. Yes, the snowpeople's hair are spruce twigs, LoL. I thought that would be a little different! Do you still paint? I have a few books left. If you'd like one, send me your address & I'll be happy to mail one to you :)

  • Such remarkable talent obvously runs in you alls family. Enjoyed this..Rodney W. Nashville

  • Thank you Rodney! I always wanted to be musically talented, but I didn't get that talent, LoL. I'm lucky to have been blessed with artistic talent instead though. And then my daughter somehow got the music talent... :) I'm so jealous of her! LoL

  • Very Nice

  • nice music and paintings. :)

  • Thanks so much charlambe!! :)

  • Thanks Donna! At the time I had the book out, my husband and I did have a small store open. We made handmade, handpainted furniture :) We worked together to design the pieces, then he made them and I painted them. It was a lot of fun but a TON of work too!
