The Urban Cookbook - Paris

The Urban Cookbook (October publication by Thames & Hudson) looks into five great cities where the street sets the creative agenda: New York, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and London. King Adz tells the story of his trip to each of the five cities, takes the reader on a walk around neighbourhoods that buzz, where the best food can be found, and talks to the keenest creatives graffiti artists, photographers, illustrators, designers, skaters, DJs, club owners . Then he offers eight recipes from which to cook up dishes that he ate on the streets of the city. The result is a feast of a wholly original kind, born out of the edgy culture of the street. King Adz is a filmmaker, author and creative director of 100proofTRUTH, an online magazine that celebrates urban culture.
