Mike Neal Proposes to Candace Moore at Top Dog Parade

Mikey Neal, son of Heidi and Brad Neal of Manson, WA came home to propose to Candace Moore, daughter of Karen Moore at the Top Dog St. Patty's Day Parade in Chelan, WA. A banner saying, Candace Will you Marry Me? from JR's Bar & Grill, was hung from Campbell's deck by all of their great Chelan Valley friends! It was extremely hard to keep the proposal a secret. Their 1st date was at the 2005 Top Dog Parade. Mikey and Candace now reside in Spokane, WA and are now planning their upcoming wedding to be held in the summer of 2010 at Lake Chelan. Mikey was a 98 Grad from Eastmont High School in East Wenatchee, WA and Candace a 98 Grad from St. Maries High School in St. Maries, Idaho. Congratulations Mikey and Candace! We Love You!
