With the injection, you're not good in balance. Watch EHL, you see they move their body forwards, not sidewards;) And that hit isn't really technically good:S

the injection is wrong, the left feet don't go like that.

for the injection it wasnt accurate to the player at the top of the 16, to make it more accurate your meant to point your left foot towards the target.

@lbraber So are you saying that NO hockey stroke is allowed to go over shoulder height? Because that rule went out in the 1970s! What rule states that the stick is not allowed above the shoulder?
