  • I was bored so i looked up my name and i found your video. Great Voice.

  • @JonathanLovesYouu Original cast recording is one full step higher than the original written version. :-) Can't believe I came back here after a year and wrote this.

  • @epricq Actually, in the original cast recording he riffs up to a C#.

  • nice voice ... oh. on second thought. your riffs arent very good. and you do some really weird stuff!. this is a broadway musical song. not a pop song. waaaay to much pop. keep the "jazzing up" to a minimum.

  • very good :)

  • the high riff was the only real shaky part to me. but it wasnt bad. well done

  • i think you're just awesome! and i like your outfit too.

    keep up the good work!

  • Ok firstly, keys are indifferent, voice types are unique. However, started off well, but looooose the story you looooooooooose us. Good vocal (ish), bored tho. I heard a guy in my masters year sing this, with NO vice he was SO ill, and he kicked all ya asses....why.........ACTING!!!

  • I feel like people lose the message of the song/a lot of the acting when they focus on the riffs, that aren't written in the music.

  • false that any actor that!

  • que falso ese actor cualquiera !!

  • The standard riff goes up to a B in the original key, not C.

  • I hope that since this performance control has been learned...but otherwise, good attempt at a hard song...

    Former Cain Vet!

  • Hahaha you sound like Bo Burnham. No offense but your voices are similar. Good job though

  • kdoggturth just listen a bit more carefully and u will find he hit it.. it takes guts to get that high and this guy did..

also coming from the riffs.. i loved them.. they were clean and consise so much better than many recordings iv heard of this.

    Tanner is great!!

    :]

  • oh shut up

it was bloody brilliant nd stoip givin it scores for fucks hu the hell do u think u r!

    yep very good me thinks

  • Good voice. Bad outfit.

  • I like this rendition. U have a great voice! And may i just say that i think it's hilarious that all these nobody's have left useless comments and criticisms on this video. Clearly there is alot of jealousy! And what do they really know?! Don't listen to these nasty remarks. Who are these 'critics' anyway?! Ha. I love ur style, think u'll go far.

  • Haha... you kinda look like Gavin Creel

  • First off, don't go for the C if you aren't going to nail it.

    overall i give it a 7/10.

keep in mind that although Children of Eden is somewhat a contemporary show it still is musical theatre. Meaning, not so many riffs and trills. I understand you wanted to make it your own which is good BUT it got a little too poppy for me. Decent voice, could use some training but other than that, good job.

  • I hated it!! Just sing the song as written, you sounded relly bad, im sure your a good singer, but you gotta think about the arranger!! They know what there doing!! Tough Love!! Take it or Leave it!! and the last note was horrid!! btw!

  • really good

  • lol if you have questions send me a private message so were not putting 50 comments on tanners video

  • pm???
