This is called legalism. So why do you all stand on a stage than Bob in front of everyone whie you play? I think Bob traded the glory of getting music praise for the glory of getting praised for being the "not get glory" praise guy.

This message is a blessing. I agree. Its about the words we singing, who we are singing to, why we sing and the emotions of our hearts being connected to the lyrics. Praise and Worship Leaders should help us draw attention to Jesus Christ.
