If you do not yet have the strength to do a pullup, watch this. I explain the techniques I used when I started to build the strength to be able to do this excellent exercise which builds a wide back, powerful arms and an overall strong upper body.

  • Wow u are funny as hell mann! Thanks for the tips, by the way i am 14 and i can do 50 pushups in a row but not even one pullup! When i hang on the bar and force my weight up, i feel my shoulder coming apart!!! My friend (same age) can do like 5 pullups in a row and i feel jealous!!! :( Note : I am not fat or anything, i am fit( my teacher says so) but i can't do pullup! Can you explain for me why i am unable to do a pullup?

  • @BlackShot0wnageHD pull-ups are HARD! that's why i love them so much. follow my advice in this vid and you'll be bale to do them....don't force any exercise, ever! just hang, and each day, try and hang longer and longer....you'll eventually build the strength to pull up.

  • @shakelightly just out of curiosity how many pull ups can you do? i could do a solid 10-12 now after about a year and a half but i wanna know how many i should be able to do do to get like you lol...btw that soap dispenser thing is something i have to try lol

  • The Advices Below are The REAL DEAL For BEGINNERS ... because I am Beginner ... AND I SUUUPER SUCK :D =)) ... I Want to do Pull-Ups ... but I think that The First Step is On The Ground (on your back do pull-ups)
