Vertical Jump Test - after 11 weeks of Jump Manual

http://myjumpmanual.blogspot.com I have now completed 11 weeks of Jump Manual training.

Last week, I got my first dunks down and they were barely what you could call dunks. This week I had high expectations but fell short. I was out of town for most of the week and missed several workouts. I also ate horribly. I'm pretty sure missing workouts + bad diet = poor results. Will do better this week!

Regardless, I'm still pleased with my progress thus far.

One week left of the 12 week Jump Manual program and hoping to get some REAL dunks down and finish strong.

@Dil1995 i'm confident jump manual will help you jump higher! i wish it would make you taller too...but unlikely! :-) however good nutrition and proper exercise will give your body the best chance at reaching it's maximum potential in height.

@Bo94Om there are tons of free videos on youtube that have vertical jump exercises. just do some searching and you will find some good stuff. for example, there is an entire series of workouts that are free posted on the jumpoutthegym channel
