  • I'm obviously missing something here. 'The good old days' apart from the picture of the old railway all the pictures have been taken in the last 18 months. Unfortunatly turning them sepia and adding some Glenn Miller-esque music doesnt make it the good old days, it makes it appear even more drab and boring than it already is. I've lived in/worked in Lee since 1973 so i know what i'm talking about.

  • The Music composed by James Horner not glenn miller. the music is from "*batteries not included" and my video is like the opening scene of the film. lee was good once i need to get more old photos maaybe of the tower ect.

  • Grew up in Stubbington, on Saturdays my brother and I would that the bus down to the flicks at the cinema at the Lighthouse complex... a few years ago that was..... in the late 50's and early 60's

  • A few years ago it the beach would be absolutely heaving with sunbathers in the Summer. Not any more. Absolutely tragic :(

  • Typo correction on previous, "THEIR". Before anyone comments!

  • The only thing wrong at Lee is the idiots that leave there rubbish on the beach. We need Beach Police!

  • Why dont u think inside of lee...why dont u visit Alvervally?

  • Where is the Blue Bird cafe, we know lee is the same, same lino in the cafe and same tea machine chugging out the grey stuff.....please dont change it.

  • It is still a lovely place.I would go there to live if I had some money.

I usually stay at Kingfisher Park for one week a year and can't wait to get back there again.

  • I hope you get some good photos my friend because I liked the concept of what you were doing.
