@SnowConeHospitalers yes he has but his clothes are covering it, but in some scenes you can see them in his neck and arms.

@SnowConeHospitalers he actually does, their just hard to see in the movie lol. google Mr Zsasz and like the fourth picture will show you he has them. the makeup artist shouldve made the tallies more prominent/bolder so people couldve recognized Zsasz easier.
