My very own song dedicated to Mole Day which I sung to my Science class.
Celebrated annually on October 23 from 6:02 a.m. to 6:02 p.m., Mole Day commemorates Avogadro's Number (6.02 x 10^23), which is a basic measuring unit in chemistry. Mole Day was created as a way to foster interest in chemistry. Schools throughout the United States and around the world celebrate Mole Day with various activities related to chemistry and/or moles.
For a given molecule, one mole is a mass (in grams) whose number is equal to the atomic mass of the molecule. For example, the water molecule has an atomic mass of 18, therefore one mole of water weighs 18 grams. An atom of neon has an atomic mass of 20, therefore one mole of neon weighs 20 grams. In general, one mole of any substance contains Avogadro's Number of molecules or atoms of that substance. This relationship was first discovered by Amadeo Avogadro (1776-1858) and he received credit for this after his death.
Lyrics: Well we all know that Avogadro made a number that we could use to measure how many atoms are in a certain amount of material. And hopefully we know that that number is 602 sextillion, or 6.02*10 to the 23 power. But did you know the story of Joel the Mole?
Well let me tell you a story, a story about the mole named Joel.
Joel was a mole and he was just chilling in his hole when Mr. Fox tried to steal his socks.
Joel the mole said no. So he used the back hole and went to go see his brother Cole.
Cole wasn't there so he took a stroll to a place called Eau Claire.
He saw that city and he said that this is the place I want to be.
So he dug a new hole on the corner of Park and Beverly.
It was getting late so he unrolled his bed roll and fell asleep.
In his dream he saw a gleam of light.
When his eyes were focused he saw Avogadro
Joel the mole said what's going on?
All Avogadro said was just sit down.
Avogadro said that I was picked on by someone too.
Joel the mole said well what do I do?
Avogadro said if Mr. Fox wants your socks. Have Marty the Mongol and Troy the troll go to Mr. Fox's hole and put him on parole.
So Mr. Fox never stole any socks from Joel the Mole.
That's his story and he's sticking to it.

Boy do we have fun in Science class!!!!
Hey sorry I didn't do a new and much improved version of this song on mole day. But I will get one on as soon as I can. ( which might me next mole day but I'll get to it haha.)
