Taxes used to pay for that. But now under Prezzy, our taxes pay for all kinds of bullshit...like green learning centers, and turning food into fuel, so poor people have food shortages. And subsidizing subprime mortgages for those who cant afford a house. And they also get taken from one group of people and handed over to another group of people.
