An American secret agent Whit Corbett (Dick Powell) joins the Foreign Legion in French Indo-China in order to track down Nazi war criminal Carl Reicher (Stephen McNally). But a local uprising and a creepy gunrunner (Vincent Price) hampers his search.
A capable adventure with Price in winning villainous form, here's the full movie to enjoy.
I have uploaded this film here as it doesn't appear to be available anywhere, and no copywright is intended. But I will take this down if Universal International objects, as I would like to remain in good standing with YouTube.
I just never thought of Dick Powell as having the ability to take a punch.

PRE-Viet Nam & Cambodian Wars. Anytime a foreign country Occupies another there can only be death on both sides. Centuries upon centuries has proven this fact.--Now--For the French Foreign Legion outpost in Viet Nam to have such documentation on Nazis would seem very unusual. Their interests would be no more than a Wanted Poster stuck to a wall. But to have photographs and detailed records throws this flick off kilter just a bit. And the "SS" tatoo - seared off by fire when the allies won.

Somehow France is the agent of civilization. Seems a bit ironic. French Indochina was no funhouse.
